25th Anniversary: Wave 11: Pilot Scarlett is equipped with a crossbow, knife and pistol, and is accompanied by a nameplate base. Clad in a dual-shade blue flight suit with a white parachute harness, Pilot Scarlett looks as if she might possibly feature a new face sculpt and a removable helmet. Presumably the Pilot Scarlett figure reflects a version of the character that will appear in the new GI Joe cartoon.
